My Life and Travels
Tanya, Mike, Christine and myself went to the ACT Theatre in Seattle to see Brian in UrineTown. This is part of the season tickets we have for the 5th Avenue. The seats we got were front row on the left side of the stage where Brian spent most of his time, it was really fun. Jean stayed home and took care of Jack and Bryn. Jean and I have tickets for Saturday May 4 to see the show.

Gas at Death Valley – Their is a gas station in the middle of Death Valley selling gas for $3.39, at Furnace Creek where we were staying $5.01 and on the eastern side of the park $5.14. The town of Baker which is outside the south entrance was $4.25.

Campsite
Big dust storm in southern Cal today. We were on the road and moving at 5:30 a.m. this morning and got 509 miles north. We had wind all day mostly in the 20 to 30 some 40’s.
It is getting cooler.
After a week at Death Valley.

This is the second time I I posted this, my cellphone connection died in the middle of a upload and trashed the post and my login. Took 45 minutes Tuesday 4/9 to get logged in.
I will catch up we get to the big house, Tuesday 4/9 ended up being a 509 mile day but we are out of the dust storm in southern Cal.
These caterpillars are over two inches in lengh. I have no idea how the navigate or where they were coming from or were they think they were going. This is in the middle of the open area they call a campground.
Last year I replace the water pump because it was beginning to leak and I didn’t have time to get the parts and rebuild the pump and test it before we hit the road. I also wanted a pump to use to add water to the holding tank when we are boonedocking. This is what I came up with. I do need to add a switch to the power cable and will do that while at the big house this April/May.

Death Valley also has some unique fish Pupfish.
Also visited the Painted Valley
Today we went to the high point inside Death Valley and low point, Badwater.
We also drove out to Devil’s Golf Course.
