Epiphany – Friday June 25, 2010

I had an epiphany this morning. One of those life changing (at least near term) events. Last January I bought a new digital scales from Bed Bath and Beyond. My concern has been that these scales did not have a number one. This morning I found this great concern to be unfounded. This scale does have a number one and also several nines. When I got on the scales this morning I was overjoyed and amazed to finally find a 199 appear.

Yes, it was a good day.

Back Home to Reality – Thursday June 10, 2010

We are back home and back to work. Having a job is a good thing and I like what I do, doing it is sometimes the challenge.
I now need to decide what I am going to do with this blog. Oh, by the way we are going back to Zion for another week in September. The goal is to spend a week in Zion, hike up the Virgin River and then go to Death valley for a couple of days and home. Death Valley is to hot in June however there is a chance in September it will be in the 90’s.
We scheduled a trip up the Virgin River with Zion Institute on Saturday Sept 18. At this point Tanya plans to fly down for the weekend and hike up the river with us. Brian and Christine are going to / doing a wedding in Montana.

Anyway I do need to spend some time and figure how categories and tags work. I couldn’t get to this part of wordpress from my phone and for some reason I could not get logged in at Richards.

I have started to spend some time on my website. Last night I added a page to track updates and started a bunch of pages about upgrades or improvements I’ve done to the motorhome.

Heading Home – Friday June 11, 2010

7:00 am just got cell & 3g back two days of traveling to get home.

Ended the day in rest stop just before Ontario, OR. Don’t have any 3g and Oregon wants $2.00 for 20 minutes WIFI.

Drove 674 miles from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, the sun was just going down. We made much better time this year than two years ago. We got here at 10:45 last time. I’ll add this on Saturday.

6/12 3g rest stop west of Baker City 8:30 am.
