Badlands National Park, SD – Cedar Pass Campground – Friday May 18, 2018
Today’s drive:
Stopped at Devil’s Tower National Monument for a couple of hours, I walked around the tower.
Found our site, dropped the pickup, went to the dump and filled with water. We plan to be here for 6 nights leaving the 24th moving to Custer State Park for two weeks.
In site 8.
The campground can be defined by the dump and water.
This is the potable water, hose at top bent, not much water can get through.
In the middle of the hose is electrical tape with water coming out of both ends of the wrap.
Water spraying out at the end of the hose where the fitting is worn out.

Missouri Headwaters State Park, Mt – Tuesday May 15, 2018
Dish TV has a new phone app which allows us to change our service location though the app in just a few minutes as often as we want. We just need cell service and the satellite system up and running. Changing our service location allows us to get the three major networks while we are traveling in the motor home. This is just really cool, it was 30-45 minute process to set up the laptop and do an on line chat wondering how many times a year DISH would allow us to change service locations. Now DISH is going to use the new app as a feature and great selling point for their sports and traveling dish systems, Happy Harry.
Had a nice short drive today.
Our plan is to spend two nights here and then a long day to the Badlands Natl Park on Thursday.
Headwaters of the Missouri River just sounds like a cool place to be.
We are in site 15.
Beavertail Hill State Park, Mt – Monday May 14, 2018

Post Falls, ID – Cabela’s Campgound Sunday May 13, 2018
Today’s drive
Camped at Cabela’s in Post Falls, Idaho. I used the Christmas present I got from Don to get a few Fly tying things and Cabela’s allows people to spend the night in the parking lot. They have an area mark off with long parking sites, a place to walk your horse and place to run your dog.
Beautiful sunny and warm evening.
McMinnville, OR – Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum – Sunday April 8, 2018
We are here to see the Spruce Goose airplane. They let folks boonedock in the parking lot for two nights, so that is what we are going to do.

Big House – Fly Pole Case Thursday May 10, 2018
One of my big house projects is to create a place to store my fly poles when we are parked. I put two PVC tubes in the long slide storage bay.
They don’t take up to much Room and my poles will be secure at night.
